Caribbean Women Are Making Waves in Clean Energy
Meet three women who are leading the clean energy transition through education, mentorship, and community.
Members of RMI’s Islands Energy Program are attending the 16th Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF) in Miami to connect with partners and leaders similarly dedicated to ramping up investment in the Caribbean’s energy transition. Staff are hosting and speaking on panels and workshops throughout the forum, speaking to the topics of renewable energy access, project preparation and implementation, and scaling up catalytic climate finance. Additionally, RMI’s Women in Renewable Energy (WIRE) Network is hosting the Women in Renewable Energy Luncheon.
In addition to the speakers listed below, RMI attendees include Skylar Bee, Laura Diez, Lillie Ogden, and Ian Welch-Phillips.
