Tessa is a senior associate in RMI’s Climate-Aligned Industries Program, advancing the global adoption of clean hydrogen at scale. Her work includes evaluating the impact of policies and business models on the production, delivery, and end use of hydrogen and establishing strategic perspectives on the techno-economic opportunity, market factors, and regulatory needs to spur the uptake of clean hydrogen and ammonia.
Prior to joining RMI, Tessa worked for the startup Oklo, designing small, modular nuclear reactors, and led the student engagement team at ClimateVoice, a nonprofit aiming to elevate pro-climate policy engagement as a tenant of corporate sustainability strategies. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
