 
										Phil is a manager in RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings program supporting the Big Portfolios initiative. He focuses on helping owners of large commercial portfolios develop decarbonization roadmaps and creating enablers that improve investment value proposition. He leverages his hands-on experience gained throughout his career to ensure the work is practical and actionable.
Background
Prior to joining RMI in 2013, Phil worked as Director of Energy Efficiency at a consulting firm in Chicago, IL. He led multiple retro-commissioning projects, including O’Hare International Airport, Merchandise Mart (a 4.2 million square foot project), and Citigroup Center (first project accepted into ComEd MBCx program).
