Jikai is an Associate in RMI’s Climate Intelligence Program, working under the Commodity Market Transformation Initiative with a focus on refined products and LNG. From refining emissions modeling to low-leak gas market activation, he uses climate and market data to advance oil and gas supply chain emission transparency and traceability, and to implement market-driven solutions that catalyze differentiated hydrocarbon demand.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Jikai completed his master’s with specializations in energy system analysis and corporate sustainability. He has experience in emissions trading schemes and corporate ESG reporting, and a research background in sustainable aviation fuel life cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis. He is an EDF Climate Corps Fellow, an FSA Credential Level II Candidate, and holds the CFA ESG Certificate.
