Greg is Chief of Staff at RMI, managing the Office of the CEO. In this role he collaborates with a wide range of internal teams and external partners and stakeholders to shape and execute the CEO’s engagements, initiatives, narrative and strategy.
Background
Greg joined RMI in 2017 and spent four years in the Carbon-Free Buildings Program, focused primarily on finance and policy interventions to decarbonize the buildings sector. He managed RMI’s Finance the Future initiative, which aims to climate-align federally supported housing finance in the United States. Greg has also supported the Institute’s external collaboration efforts with other climate NGOs as part of RMI’s Strategic Insights Team.
Before joining RMI, Greg helped launch the US real estate investing platform of Allianz, and prior to that, worked in the debt financing and asset management departments of Tishman Speyer in New York City. His graduate studies focused on energy and environmental aspects of buildings and cities, including sustainable design, energy simulation, climate policy, and innovative financing solutions.
