Alexandra Jardine is strategic communications manager for RMI’s Climate-Aligned Industries program, working with the program’s hydrogen, aviation, steel, chemicals, cement/concrete, and waste sector methane teams to promote their research and analysis. She leads the program’s communications strategy and manages media relations and social media.
Background
Before joining RMI, Alexandra was director of international affairs at Mexico’s upstream oil and gas regulator (Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos, or CNH), where she coordinated technical cooperation with the World Bank’s Global Gas Flaring Reduction partnership, the UN-ECE Expert Group on Resource Management, and the OECD’s Network of Economic Regulators, as well as bilateral cooperation with other governments. Previous to her work in the energy sector, Alexandra was a reporter with CNN Expansión in Mexico City, covering international corporations and management trends for the business magazine for seven years.
