Energizing EV Deployment for Rural Electric Cooperatives

Project Description:

This project will bring together a variety of stakeholders to determine the right next steps for EV deployment in rural electric cooperative utility service areas, with a focus on innovative approaches to EV incentives and rate design. The team will build on experience from more advanced cooperative programs as well as knowledge from policy experts in order to facilitate the development of budding programs at a small group of geographically diverse cooperatives similarly situated with regard to policy development.
