The Green Logistics Playbook
A guidebook for G20 nations on sustainable logistics best practices around policy drivers, operations, infrastructure development, and financing.
The rise in population, per-capita income, e-commerce, and manufacturing has fueled the growth of the global logistics sector. The G20 nations, comprising 19 countries and the EU, accounting for 85% of the global GDP and 75% of the global trade, can lead by developing efficient logistics systems and scaling low-carbon freight mobility.
Highlighting the role of G20 nations in promoting sustainable logistics, RMI has authored a report titled “The Green Logistics Playbook: Sustainable Supply Chain Best Practices for G20 Leaders” and is hosting a webinar to launch and disseminate the report’s findings. The webinar will bring sustainability experts from policymaking, business, academia, research and development, and finance to discuss the strategies and global examples of governments and enterprises fostering sustainable logistics practices.
This webinar aims to facilitate a collaborative dialogue among experts from the public and private sectors, with a primary focus on elevating logistics efficiency within the G20 nations.
