SABA and the Launch of the SAFc Registry at COP28
About This Event
The Sustainable Aviation Buyers Alliance (SABA) is celebrating the launch of the SAFc Registry — a world-leading, independent, nonprofit, universally-accessible registry for SAF certificates — at COP28 in Dubai.
At this event in the IETA Business Hub Pavilion in the Blue Zone, SABA is also sharing the latest news on the world’s largest joint procurement of SAF certificates. This brings together SAF demand from over 20 corporate customers that equals reductions of more than 700,000 tons of CO2 across five years — the equivalent of avoiding the emissions of half a million round-trip flights from New York to L.A.
This is market-making in action. Join RMI, the Environmental Defense Fund, and SABA as we accelerate the path to decarbonizing aviation!
