Zhinan is a senior associate with RMI’s India Program, working on freight decarbonization in India. She also worked with RMI’s concrete and cement initiative, where she supported Mission Possible Partnership’s cement-related work streams.
Background
Zhinan previously worked on transportation and industrial decarbonization policies across Asian countries. Prior to joining RMI, she was a climate policy fellow at the California-China Climate Institute, where she served as a liaison between the Californian government and Chinese partners to facilitate research, trainings, and dialogs. Before that, Zhinan conducted research on electric vehicle technology and policies in Asian countries at the International Council on Clean Transportation.
