Zhang works with Business Renewables Center (BRC) to drive corporate renewable energy procurement in China. She designed and facilitated interactive workshop programs for corporates and their supply chain partners. She also conduct policy and market analysis.
BACKGROUND
Prior to RMI, Zhang Cheng has interned with Capital Project and Infrastructure team at PwC, conducting industry analysis for energy infrastructure projects in Belt and Road countries. Besides, she interned at Ramboll Environ, an international environmental consultancy, working on policy research and analysis for air quality improvement and waste-to-energy projects. As an intern analyst at CLASP, she supported carbon reduction scoping studies for China, with a focus on energy efficiency standards and labeling. She also worked on power interconnection projects as an intern at Sustainable Capital Advisors. She is also a conference interpreter and graphic recorder.
