Yulin is a senior associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings Program. Her work will focus on the cooling challenges brought about by climate change.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, she was a research assistant at the Center on Global Energy Policy, where she worked on Chinese climate policies and critical mineral supply chains. Her work was featured in “The Guide to Chinese Climate Policy 2022.” She also worked at the World Resource Institute, where she researched renewable energy development in North America and energy equity. Yulin was a policy advisor at the Permanent Mission of IR of Afghanistan to the United Nations. Her work focused on economic development in rural Afghanistan.
