Will Layden is the Chief of Staff at Cube Hydro Partners, a hydropower development and operating platform targeting investments in hydro projects in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Cube Hydro, Will served as special assistant to the White House Chief of Staff in the Obama Administration. Before his role in the Office of the Chief of Staff, he held positions in President Obama’s Office of Legislative Affairs, primarily working with the U.S. House of Representatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
