Wendy is an associate on RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings team, where she works on building regulations and gas utility policy to advance decarbonization in the Western United States.

Background

Wendy’s interdisciplinary background in the Western United States working in the unconventional oil and gas (UOG) labor industry, on environmental policy, and in health research supports her efforts in advancing safe environments for all. Prior to RMI, Wendy worked with Initiative for Energy Justice (IEJ) through the Yale Environmental Fellows Program, where she engaged in community solar and energy efficiency policy research. Wendy also previously worked with the National Wildlife Federation, where she provided technical assistance to Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers (EJ TCTAC) in the Mid-Atlantic region.
