Tobias serves as a business partner to the senior management of Financial Planning and Analysis and the CFO, assisting with financial and KPI reporting and helping RMI’s programs and departments meet their goals more efficiently. Tobias is immersed in RMI Financial Data and is part of a team providing senior management and executives the analysis and information needed to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Tobias assists the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting process and is heavily involved in building a customized system (adaptive planning) for optimized financial management at RMI.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Tobias led his company, supporting small businesses with strategic operations. He also has more than 15 years of experience working in project management, account management, and business operations for several small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe, Africa, and North America.
