Ridwan is an associate with the Africa Energy Program. He currently supports DER integration into the grid network in Nigeria with the Utility Enabled DER Initiative being funded by GEAPP. He also supports community-led minigrid development for rural communities.
Background
Ridwan previously worked as a lead project engineer with Rensource Energy Limited, where he led the development, construction, and operation of energy solutions based on solar and battery storage for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. He later joined Arnergy Solar Limited as the lead solutions architect to manage the conversion of leads into technical and commercial offers for customers.
