Rachel supports all HR functions and programs including addressing employee HR issues, assisting in interviewing, coordinating training logistics, administering Open Enrollment and redesigning and implementing the Wellness Program and being the chair of the Wellness Committee.
Background
Rachel is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience in curriculum development, learning assessment, school administration, family counselling, developing team cultures, coaching, adult instruction and talent development. Rachel excels at customer service, solving sticky problems and creating comprehensive systems to streamline program execution.
Education
Rachel has an M.A. in education. Most recently, Rachel received a coaching certificate and developed the coaching plan for all Boulder County Head Start schools.
