Paula R. Glover

Paula R. Glover is the president of the Alliance to Save Energy, a bipartisan, nonprofit coalition dedicated to advancing federal energy efficiency policy. Under her leadership, the Alliance has been instrumental in shaping landmark energy  policies, including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, and has secured billions of dollars in federal funding for energy efficiency programs.

Paula has long been committed to ensuring that underrepresented communities have a voice in shaping energy policy. Prior to joining the Alliance, she served as president and CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), a national nonprofit focused on ensuring minority input in energy policy, regulation, and environmental issues.

Paula serves on the board of Talos Energy, Clean Energy Works, Keystone Policy Center, and Resources for the Future. She serves on advisory boards for National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL ) and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Paula has been a member of the National Petroleum Council since 2014 and in 2023 was appointed as a member of the Department of Energy Electricity Advisory Committee. Additionally, she is a trustee at Cardigan Mountain School in Canaan, NH.

Paula holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Delaware
