Olivia is a Policy Analyst at Energy Innovation, focused on the firm’s Energy Policy Solutions program. She provides research and analysis to support EI’s climate policy modeling.
Prior to joining Energy Innovation, Olivia worked as a graduate student fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council researching policy to advance building decarbonization. Before NRDC, she worked at Cascadia Consulting Group supporting climate action plan development. Her work at Cascadia included conducting analysis for local governments on how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and implement municipal sustainability policies.
