Monet is an associate with the Cement and Concrete team within Climate-Aligned Industries. She works with established and emerging industry leaders to accelerate decarbonization and assess the viability of innovative technologies.

Background

Before joining RMI, Monet focused on optimizing energy and material use in existing campus buildings at the University of California, Davis Energy Conservation Office. She then managed project operations and concrete for higher education buildings at Skanska USA Building. Monet is an expert at concrete analysis and estimating embodied carbon for new projects and renovations. Outside of work, Monet can be found running on the trails, learning from a new book, or building her next creative project.
