Molly is a grant analyst in RMI’s Accounting team, helping manage restricted funding and providing support for proposal submissions, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.

Background

Before joining RMI in November 2023, Molly was a grants and contracts officer for the Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University, which focuses on translating research into sustainable community practices to increase independence and self-determination among people with disabilities. She began her nonprofit career in 2014 with Enroll America, an organization dedicated to helping US citizens obtain health insurance through the Affordable Care Act and providing healthcare literacy workshops.
