Misty Burns, SPHR, is the former Chief People Officer. She led the Human Resources function, inclusive of Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Lifecycle Management, Employee Experience, and strategic HR Business Partnership.

Misty joins the organization with 20 years of experience across multiple industries including Financial Services, Energy, and Travel & Leisure. Misty’s thought leadership and expertise center around Executive Coaching, unlocking Leader and Team effectiveness, creating relevant employee value propositions, and driving a talent strategy that is aligned with the organization’s mission.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Misty spent the last 4 years with Vail Resorts, leading HR Business Partnership for the Corporate, Retail and Hospitality lines of business. Misty also spent 8 years with General Electric (GE), in global business partner roles, including spending 2 years in Belgium.
