Michele leads a team of approximately 275 consultants across twelve states that implement 100+ energy efficiency, renewable, and demand response programs and strategic marketing/analytics for utilities. She provides guidance to her teams and clients that draws upon her deep experience from electric system operations to helping utilities navigate quickly evolving business models. She serves as the executive point of contact for utility clients, provides regulatory testimony for DSM filings and helps utilities customize and implement strategies. As a member of CLEAResult’s executive team and as one of CLEAResut’s operations leaders, Michele has helped to guide CLEAResult’s growth and organizational change from an organization of 150 employees to one that exceeds 2,700 employees across the US and Canada. Michele also served on boards and commissions inside and outside the energy industry, including service as an Arizona Commissioner for the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
