Maggie is a manager with RMI’s Carbon-Free Buildings Program, where she focuses on scaling building decarbonization in the multifamily and commercial sectors through mainstreaming integrative design, Zero-Over-Time (ZOT) approach, and standardized retrofit solutions. She oversees new technology development, pilot project delivery, and thought leadership analysis to accelerate building retrofit implementation.
Background
Maggie has previously worked with various projects across RMI, including REALIZE-CA, Zetro (formerly Portfolio Energy Optimization), and SE Asia. Prior to joining RMI, Maggie worked as a Sustainability Analyst, conducting building performance optimization and CA Title 24 compliance for the design team. She worked closely with Rebuilding Together Peninsula and the City of East Palo Alto (EPA) to develop a streamlined process to retrofit red-tagged garage conversion homes for low-income families.
