Lottie is a senior associate with RMI’s Climate Intelligence Program. She works primarily on state-level policy development and market activation to drive the US natural gas supply toward low-leakage gas and reduce methane emissions from the oil and gas sector.
Background
Before joining RMI, Lottie worked with the Environmental Integrity Project, focusing on the Oil and Gas Watch database, a website tracking buildout in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. She also contributed to reports focused on air pollution from and tax incentives for ammonia and petrochemical expansions nationwide. Prior to EIP, Lottie worked with the Powder River Basin Resource Council, where she organized with citizens to protect Wyoming residents from the impact of oil and gas development.
