Lauren serves as the grants lead on the Finance team, playing a vital role in managing the financials of philanthropic and restricted grants. She currently manages the financial portfolios of five RMI’s programs, ensuring smooth processing and compliance.

Lauren has over 17 years of experience in contract administration and operations, with a focus on projects that create meaningful impact. At Missouri State University, she served as contract compliance manager and associate director for planning, design, and construction, overseeing contracts and teams that supported campus projects enhancing student learning environments. She also ran her own interior design firm for four years, helping clients thoughtfully transform their homes, bringing a people-centered perspective to all her work.
