Lauren supports the creation of training and professional development opportunities for program operations leads and managers across the Program Services team. Additionally, she will be working cross-functionally on projects to improve standardization and efficiencies across operations of all programs.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Lauren worked extensively for nonprofit organizations, serving the veteran and military community. Most recently, she was the director of Leadership Programs & Innovation for The Mission Continues, overseeing the team responsible for delivering leadership development programming and skill-building opportunities to nationwide cohorts of veterans. Lauren is originally from northern NJ and spent several years living in NYC before moving down to Nashville, TN.
