As the Chief People Officer, Kylie Rogers leads RMI’s global people strategy, supporting an incredible team of Talent and People Operations experts to shepherd the organization’s culture and employee experience, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Kylie is a mission-driven global talent strategy leader with more than two decades of experience across consulting, private-sector, and public-sector roles. Most recently, she led HR for PAE, a large federal government contractor focused on diplomacy, humanitarian assistance, and training on all seven continents. Prior to PAE, she held roles leading major organization transformation initiatives for the University of Arizona and Portland Public Schools, directing global leadership development for AB InBev, and consulting across Fortune 500 companies as part of Accenture’s HR Transformation practice. Kylie has traveled in more than 60 countries and brings empathy and humor learned throughout those travels to her work each day.
