Kalie is the program assistant to the India Program at RMI. Her work focuses heavily on operational systems and administrative workflow across geographies. Additionally, she provides programmatic support to senior leadership and team members.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Kalie spent four years as the program coordinator for a Denver non-profit focused on community restoration projects. Her role centered on developing and fine-tuning the operational systems behind the work being executed by volunteers and community members throughout Denver metro neighborhoods. More recently, she held an internship with Conservation Colorado building out donor management systems for tracking and analysis and creating documentation for team-specific processes.
