Previously, Jacob spearheaded fundraising for planned, capital, and annual giving as an Advancement Officer at Sterling College, one of the nation’s leading voices in higher education sustainability. Outside of the office, Jacob has conducted cross-cultural research in six countries to better understand the ways that small farmers incorporate climate mitigation and adaptation into their farming practices.
