Isha is a senior associate at RMI’s Third Derivative (D3), leading investment research and due diligence for transportation decarbonization startups (mobility, freight, aviation, maritime). She also supports D3’s ecosystem growth in India in collaboration with investors, corporates, and philanthropies.

Background

Previously, Isha spent two and a half years with RMI India, managing an initiative to design a World Bank-funded $250-million blended credit program and coauthoring widely cited research on financing net-zero buildings and EVs with government think tanks. She also led a partnership with two leading incubators to accelerate policy and markets for mobility startups in India.

Before RMI, Isha worked on ESG diligence at British International Investment and consulted on strategy for the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative. During her MEng, she published research on bioenergy in Brazil and interned at a boutique consultancy designing water systems in India and the United Kingdom.
