Irene Anyanwu is a Business Analyst/Lead Analyst at RMI. In that role, Irene works to document existing processes, develop strategic plans and roadmaps to move to intermediate and future-state systems, and support staff with new processes. She documents and guides the development of integrations between systems, and leads and facilitates workshops to drive ideas and solutions around process improvement. Irene aims to support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency at RMI.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Irene worked for Fairfax County, Virginia, as a Health Care Business Analyst and a Business Analyst. In her roles there, she improved the delivery of quality healthcare services, as well as the implementation and adoption of health IT solutions. She also provided executives with analytics and decision support tools for reorganization, consolidation, and relocation strategies. Finally, Irene collaborated with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements.
