Grace Ferguson

Grace is an associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity Program, where she contributes to the Clean Competitive Grids team. Her work centers on advancing transmission expansion and conducting research on generation interconnection bottlenecks.

Background

Prior to RMI, Grace served as a Program Coordinator at Forest Trends, where she supported the US Forest Service in developing innovative public-private partnerships to advance wildfire mitigation efforts. She also interned with D3’s First Gigaton Captured team, where she conducted a high-level analysis of supply chain challenges impacting carbon dioxide removal startups.

Outside of work, Grace is an avid skier and hiker, and a devoted NYT Crossword enthusiast.
