George works across climate finance topics at RMI. He is an expert in portfolio alignment methodologies, overseeing the PACTA for Banks methodology and tool, as well as its application with both banks and financial supervisors.

He contributes to thought leadership on transition finance and transition risk, and is also involved in RMI’s Climate Finance – Deal Labs initiative.

Background

George joined RMI from the 2° Investing Initiative, where he supported the co-development of the PACTA for Banks methodology in collaboration with 18 international banking institutions.

He has worked with financial supervisors across Europe and North America, building capacity on transition risk tools and management frameworks.
