Erin serves as a leader across RMI, driving impact-first collaboration with corporate and system-level partners and advancing scalable, mission-aligned partnerships and coalitions that accelerate the global energy transition.

Background

Erin brings nearly 15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and cross-sector engagement focused on climate and energy transformation.

Before joining RMI, Erin served as the director of the Climate Collaborative, a fast-growing network of more than 700 companies focused on food systems decarbonization. Prior to that, she worked for CDP, managing corporate engagement for major climate campaigns in partnership with the We Mean Business Coalition, Science-Based Targets Initiative, RE100, and more. Across these roles, she has worked with hundreds of the world’s largest companies, industry groups, and investors, supporting them in taking leadership action on climate change.

Erin’s work is grounded in a systems perspective and a long-standing focus on designing collaborative platforms that enable organizations to work together to drive measurable climate and energy outcomes.
