Emily McGlynn is a Ph.D. candidate in agricultural and resource economics at University of California, Davis. While serving as deputy associate director for energy and climate change at the White House Council on Environmental Quality in 2016, she was lead coauthor of the U.S. Mid-Century Strategy for Deep Decarbonization report.
