Elena is a manager with RMI’s Climate Intelligence Program and leads the corporate action workstream within the Commodity Market Transformation Initiative (CMTI). She works with a broad range of stakeholders to help accelerate decarbonization across buyers and sellers of oil and gas.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Elena worked at Wood Mackenzie in upstream analysis, program management, and operations roles for nearly a decade. She provided asset valuation analysis for onshore, offshore, conventional, unconventional, and LNG assets in Latin America. She also led supply forecasting for Lower 48 oil and gas production. She began her career in energy by serving on the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Spill and Offshore Drilling.
