David G. Victor is the director of the Laboratory on International Law and Regulation at the University of California, San Diego, where he co-leads the university’s Deep Decarbonization Initiative. Those efforts are funded from a variety of sources, including The Electric Power Research Institute and The Sloan Foundation. He is also a co-chairman of the Cross-Brookings Initiative on Energy and Climate.
