Christi joined the Third Derivative (D3) Program in 2023 as the program operations lead and was promoted to Community Engagement senior associate in 2025, focusing on in-person events, workshops, and other convenings. She provides support in project management, travel and event-related budgets and strategy, and more throughout the program.

Background

Christi has over a decade of experience in event management, operations, data reporting, and administration. Prior to joining RMI, she worked with a Make-A-Wish Foundation chapter for almost eight years as a senior database & operations manager.
