Charlotte focuses on communications impact work around green hydrogen for the Climate-Aligned Industries team. They write content, manage external events, and use diverse media channels to target key stakeholders and increase the accessibility of climate research.

Background

Before RMI, Charlotte worked as a farmer in Connecticut. They were interested in food security and sovereignty, and took time off from college to work in a food pantry in New Haven and in a restaurant as a line cook. Following undergraduate, they were selected to be a Coro Fellow in San Francisco, where they developed a deep interest in climate research through their work at a climate consulting firm studying scope 3 emissions for food and beverage companies and as a fellow at The Nature Conservancy, working on behalf of the California Water Program to study the impact of dams on salmon runs.
