Celia is an associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity program, where she contributes to both the Clean Competitive Grids and Clean Energy Planning teams. She is interested in advancing the clean energy transition in an affordable and equitable manner.

Background

Celia brings a strong background in research, data engineering, and climate advocacy to RMI. Before joining, she worked as a Data Engineer at PIQ Energy, where she streamlined grid data modeling to enhance power simulations and automate planning and permitting for clean energy projects.
