As RMI’s Compliance Manager, Callie oversees the compliance and reporting requirements on government, bilateral and multilateral grants and contracts. She is also working to build and enhance systems, processes, policies and procedures to ensure that RMI continues to operate at the highest level of service and efficiency.
Background
Callie started with RMI in 2014 as an executive assistant to four executives. In 2016, she became the program coordinator for SEED, and in addition, began supporting the Islands program in late 2018. In 2019, she became RMI’s first compliance manager and is now working in the operations department. Prior to RMI, Callie spent eight years working for Bed, Bath & Beyond as an operations manager.
