Benny is an associate with RMI’s India Team, working on electricity and energy storage projects. This includes policy on end-of-life management of batteries and domestic battery manufacturing capacity growth.
Background
Prior to RMI, Benny worked as a legislative analyst at the California Department of Resources, Recycling, and Recovery. This included policy development relative to the beverage container recycling Pprogram, waste tire management, and electronic waste. He previously served as a legislative aide in the California State Senate.
