As part of the Influence Leadership team, Adrienne guides RMI’s integrated marketing strategy, helping to amplify RMI’s market-driven climate solutions + programming across a diverse portfolio of topics, audiences, and channels. She leads the Social Media, Audience Insights and Lifecycle Marketing teams who are responsible for identifying RMI’s target audiences, promoting RMI’s programs, expanding engagement globally, and inspiring adoption.


Over the past decade+, Adrienne has helped deploy over $30 billion of funding in sustainable home improvement and clean energy projects across the United States and Puerto Rico. As a seasoned marketing, brand, and customer experience strategist, she helps craft engaging digital journeys and growth marketing strategies for mission-driven companies that are changing the world for the better.

She gets excited about making sustainability actionable, creating thriving partnerships, and collaborating with energetic people. Outside of work, she loves mountain biking, enjoying delicious food + wine, and live music.
