Adam is a market consultant on the REALIZE team. He works with portfolio owners and property managers, especially of affordable multi-family properties, to retrofit their portfolios to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions through efficiencies and degasification, improve the performance of their portfolios, and benefit residents’ comfort and health.
Previously, Adam worked for a decade for economic and social justice as a community organizer on the west side of Chicago and in several communities and on statewide campaigns in Massachusetts. Then, for most of the past three decades, he helped build the US energy efficiency field as an executive at the not-for-profit Conservation Services Group, which was the largest provider of residential energy efficiency utility programs in the country. His work at RMI allows him to combine both of these passions and missions.
