Workshop – Policy Drafting: Embodied Carbon in C-PACE

Join RMI’s Clean Construction Materials Cohort for the second working session in our 2025 series, focused on developing model policy and guideline language to integrate embodied carbon into C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing programs nationwide.

• Review findings from the first Clean Construction Materials Cohort survey.
• Discuss precedents and learnings from recent efforts in Colorado and New York
• Collaborate on early drafts of model statutory and administrative language
