Zhinan is an associate with RMI’s Strategic Analysis & Engagement team. She currently works with the Climate-Aligned Industries program on cement decarbonization in India and China.
Background
Zhinan previously worked on transportation and industrial decarbonization policies across Asian countries. Prior to joining RMI, she was a climate policy fellow at the California-China Climate Institute, where she served as a liaison between the California government and Chinese partners to facilitate research, trainings, and dialogues. Before that, Zhinan conducted research on electric vehicle technology and policies in Asian countries at the International Council on Clean Transportation.
