Katie Ebinger is an associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity Team. She researches utility policy and regulatory reforms to advance the just clean energy transition.

Background

Katie joins RMI with experience in climate policy research and advocacy. Most recently, she was a Climate Justice Policy Manager at the Community Climate Collaborative. There, she focused on local energy policy and created tools including the Solar Climate Justice Scorecard. Katie believes that the clean energy transition is an opportunity to center equity and inclusion as we build our energy systems to address the climate crisis.
