Julia is a Senior Associate with the Global Climate Finance program, leading work exploring how to direct public climate finance to drive decarbonization most effectively. She also works on the program’s green investment bank initiative, and previously worked on results-based climate finance.
Prior to RMI, Julia worked on international climate change at the U.S. Department of State, formulating policy and negotiating on behalf of the United States at the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, including for the Paris Agreement. Julia’s previous experience includes air quality research at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
