Julia is a Manager with the City Renewables Accelerator, a collaborative initiative with the World Resources Institute, the Urban Sustainability Directors Network, and Bloomberg Philanthropies through the American Cities Climate Challenge. The team is focused on helping cities across the United States procure renewable energy and meet their climate and energy goals.
Prior to RMI, Julia worked on international climate change at the U.S. Department of State, formulating policy and negotiating on behalf of the United States at the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, including for the Paris Agreement. Julia’s previous experience includes air quality research at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
