Denali is Program Coordinator and acting communications associate for the Global Climate Finance Practice. She joined RMI in December 2016 as an executive assistant before transitioning to her current role in mid-2018.
Denali graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in English and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. At Tufts she was a writing fellow, Editor in Chief of the Tufts Traveller Magazine, and worked on numerous programs focused on literacy development. For the five years before she joined RMI, she was Operations Manager for the science and outreach non-profit project, Climate Communication. There she assisted in training and supporting scientists in science communication, as well as managing logistics, social media, and contributing to writing and editing. She is a writer and editor and is committed to the importance of effectively telling the energy and environment story.
